I believe in a Personal God. Not the one the false Priests describe in the Nicean Creed who is anywhere and everywhere with no body or passions, but one whose image we are in. I also believe God sent us to earth to be tested to see if we would follow his commandments well enough to live with him after death and resurrection. I also believe he allowed an Evil Spirit known as The Devil to be on earth to attempt to convince us to disobey God’s commandments. Only the best will dwell with God and if we will obey God and not The Devil it will assure us a place in the Kingdom of God. Those who are non believers, adulterers, murderers, liars, thieves and those who disobey the other commandments of God are followers of the Devil.
There are many who have wholly committed themselves to The Devil. One was Adolf Hitler who murdered millions of people. In more modern times it is Russia’s Putin who is sending troops to Ukraine to murder the citizens there along with murdering young men in Russia by sending them to die committing his crimes in Ukraine. Donald Trump has a reality problem. He is trying to appease Putin, who is committed to serving The Devil. You do not gain anything by negotiating with a man who has a personal relationship with The Devil. The Devil will only agree to things that are evil. Putin will only respond when real pressure is placed on him.
Donald Trump has been trying to appease the Devil and Putin by attempting to bully Ukraine into accepting his 28 Point Surrender Plan. This plan was hatched by government people who are not interested in looking out for either Ukraine or the United States. Putin is a lot smarter than Trump and he knows how to manipulate Trump. Many experts agree that Trump has the ability to put so much economic pressure on Russia that they will not be able to continue this war, but he will not. Why does he not do so? Polls seem to indicate that the majority of our citizens believe Trump is capitulating to the demands of Russia and trying to reward Putin for bad behavior. He may be thinking that if the war stops he might get credit for it and be nominated for a peace prize. That would be putting his vanity ahead of the best interests of the People of Ukraine.
Trump will not give Ukraine the resources it needs to win the war. Our national policy since World War II has been never to win a war. Trump may think he needs to follow precedent. Since Trump will not help Ukraine win they should play him like Putin does. They should make him think he is on the right track with his surrender plans. At the same time they should delay a commitment while they pull out all the stops and develop their own drones and missiles to annihilate all the Russian Troops on Ukraine Soil. They can do what Trump refuses to do and bring the war to an end.
